Maybe this comment is late. But wouldn't "About" or something be a better name for the "Journal" link in the header bar? Seeing that "Research", "Debates", "Reports" are all subcategories of the "Journal".

Hi all
OK, well I've had a final look-see and feel that the issue is baked and ready to be served and consumed. Thanks to everyone who gave a hand. I will start the spam campaign now. The research baton now passes to (first) Alessandro and Johan.
