Graham has resigned. The other Governance board members that wish to do so are welcome to join the editorial board of JoPP (not sure how to say this politely but have to be clear: since the migration is motivated in part by difficulty in getting along with StefanMn - for which I am probably as responsible as anyone else - this invitation cannot apply to him).
The requirements for new people joining this board would be the same as for joining the CSPP SC, i.e.
-being sponsored by a board member,
-declaring to the list to what extent they are interested/involved in collaborative/peer production,
-being able to point to a website containing examples of their writing/expertise on this topic, and
-no-one objecting to their joining.
As I said before, as for rights, roles and duties these can be sorted out on the JoPP list.
