Much of the gigantic discussion in the past few months there over
"Freie Kooperation" (free cooperation) was about that topic. This
concept ("invented" by Christoph Spehr) can be read as an answer to
the question of the interdependence between freedom and equality (and
maybe the result of this could be read as an expression of
fraternity). The main text in german is here:

unfortunatly it is not translated as far as i know :-(
