Nice Idea! Maybe just start a project on open-theory
(www.opentheory.org)? My main problem with this is my bad english, so
i can only contribute in german. But know we have the conference
first, maybe we should start such a project after it.

Do you know if anyone has looked at getting  the conference proceedings 
published in printed form, and not just on the web site?
