I did this immediately. Thanks to the high degree of automatization
this was not too difficult. It is now integrated just as any other
Oekonux mailing list.
Also, I will mention it in various places on the web site and in the
descriptions of the main mailing lists.
I mentioned the new list in the `Gepflogenheiten' part of the German
mailing list where subscribers are asked to not send off-topic mail.
It is mentioned as an explicit alternative for off-topic mail.
Because Tereza mentioned it on the German list: These
`Gepflogenheiten' are sent to all new subscribers for some time now so
they should be known by everyone on the main German list.
