On the meeting a few days ago Olga gave us an interesting paper:

I don't know why she didn't send this link to the [WSIS] list.

seemingly doesn't work but the link to

is really good :-) .

At least there seems to be a WSIS working group caring about what I
currently would consider the most important issue at all. And they
have a rather nice position.
