I havn't heard the term trans-capitalist before -- I tend to use
post-capitalist -- I agree that trying to fit the free software mode
of production into a capitalist or anti-capitalist framework of
understanding doesn't work.

Trans-capitalist is new to me too. I guess there's not nearly as much
disagreement here as I had assumed. We all seem very much on the same
page.
