This is a good point GS. I am trying to look at it from the perspective that
there is more needed than just saying "this is a new mode of production" and
thats all.
You see to say it is apolitical sort of buys into the neo lib rational
consensus thing. I think that Floss is sort of heading to a point where the
initial work has been done - theory and code; and there now existsreal
choices about whether people remain within capital or are outside and beyond
it. So in this case to say that it is apolitical is just nonsense.
But it is not politics as Mako seemed to imagine it - left or right within the
modernist dialectic - kerry or bush Blair or some twat ....; no its a matter
of stepping outside of the public-private rival-non rival - left right
dialectic thing...
