which seems to be a journal somewhere between net, art, and politics.
(It is probably because of the art part that most pages are hard to
read and navigation is somewhat confusing :-( .)
The first issue contains a number of articles from people in and
around Oekonux. In particular

caught my eye. I didn't read it yet but on first glance it seems
rather on-topic here. Also I was not able to figure out the license.
@Johan: If you like just post it here (also because it is easier to
read then ;-) .).
