there are millions of people and businesses all over the world in constant
economic crisis because they don't have enough money - LETScc is a solution
for the money problem.

This is a big difference to the econonmy of (really)
free software, which is distributed freely, without markets.

that may be so, but the rest of us live in the real world of markets where
goods and services are bought and sold and where coders need to eat.

remember shareware? the idea being that if you used the software you would
pay something towards the development costs - hardly anyone ever did because
there is always something else more urgent/important to spend normal money on
- with cc, because there is no shortage of the means of exchange (money),
people can actually be paid for the work that they do - wouldn't you pay well
for the development of good os software if you could afford it?

moreover, if they can buy bread with cc, they don't have to work for the man
(billionaire bill) to eat - they don't have to fit an all night session on
freeware into a working week, it can BE the working week.
