second, aol has founded mozilla and (i think) they have invested two million dollars. aol is a company and has invested this money in order to make more money.
third, i look at what they do: they sit on a cash pile of millions of dollar (between 50 and 72 have been reported). yet, the writer of the best firefox extension got a (i presume) corporate sponsorship (alienware computer).
so no real evidence that would hold in court, but im sure if people look at what happens to the money and how mozilla is acting now they will make up their own opinion.
assuming the above are facts, how do you personally interpret those acts? is the mozilla foundation acting in the best interest and spirit of an open source project?
