May be Rome could be a good place for a 5th conference. Also there is
a lot of virtual work to do so magius can engage there if he likes.
In Rome could be involved the Rome's City Major in the conference
organization. Particularly the FLOSS Enterprises' "Incubator", funded
by Major, that Franz Nahrada *incidentally* know in his last trip in
Rome...
