The final version of Levine and Boldrin's book on 'IP' (which they call 'intellectual monopoly') has been made available as a pdf (it's not out in print till the summer, IIRC)
http://levine.sscnet.ucla.edu/general/intellectual/againstfinal.htm(they are marginalist economists who are against patents, claiming they are unnecessary even within capitalism as it is. It's not at all an oekonux-like argument, but I think it's interesting as there are so few people around with specific arguments about patents, and not just copyright).
