[ox-en] OpenSource design for netbook

Hi!

Under

the chip manufacturer VIA has published a design for a netbook. Though
this is clearly an initiative to sell more VIA products - namely
mainboards - it is an open design put under the CC-BY-SA license -
therefore the CC license which is closest to the GPL.
