[ox-en] Pirate party in German elections at 2%

Hi!

Today in Germany there were elections for the German parliament
(Bundestag). First projections see the pirate party at 2%! This does
not mean that they go to the Bundestag because of a 5% limit for
entry. But for a party which did not exist four years ago this is a
great success!
