Interesting that they explictly link FS to World Social Forum process.
However, the conference program looks like a "normal" technical FS
conference. First I thought it is a bit more oekonux-like, just a bit...

Well, it is sponsored by a (state) government...

Seen on one Brazilian sourceforge clone: a project to automate security
checking for access to a university 'due to the lack of proper controls on
street sellers and inappropriate people being able to walk in from the
street' . Hmm.. free software meets developing country reality :-(
