I think that would be a good idea.
Even if few of the spanish would participate in the english list,
it would mean that via those people, there would be
communication between the german/english discussion
and the discussion in spanish.

Ok, then let's do this. How?

We could

* write to the (more supportive?) authors. However, many didn't leave
  a mail address as far as I have seen :-( .

* add a comment. But I worry, it won't get noticed :-( .

* ask the maintainer of the web site to add a link to
  `http://www.oekonux.org/list-en/'. However, I don't know whom to ask
  :-( .
