I don't have time to test, or experiment with, the DLP software at the
moment, but it seems quite impressive.

If you want to enhance your Xaraya based project with the basic DLP
features, you have to develop:

1. a "proximity based" (possibly using Google/Yahoo APIs), search
system (so subscribed users can search goods/users/interests by
proximity -- and imho that's "create" the local users' community, the
real killer app)

2. a mail notification system
