[ox-en] Re: The nature of apple trees

Hi Diego and all!

Yesterday Diego Saravia wrote:
is socialism with free markets possible/good ?

with:
no exploitation (no capitalism)
participative democracy
no monopoly (at least private ones)
no herency/legacy (I dont know english word)
al capital dividends go to state

But then it's not free markets.

Well, to me the fundamental problem of abstract exchange is the
alienation of the people. They do useful things not because they want
to do them but because of extrinsic motivation / coercion. This is
inhumane and the opposite of freedom. For someone being interested in
the emancipation of mankind this must be abolished.

Any system based on abstract exchange has this problem. It's part of
the exchange logic. It's in the nature of the apple tree. Only if you
need to coerce people to do something you need abstract exchange at
all. Otherwise it just makes no sense.

And it's different in peer production: People do useful things because
they have fun in doing so. You don't need to coerce people neither
directly nor by abstract exchange. That's freedom in a very deep
and at the same time practical sense.

what is p2p insertion in these political program?

P2P for me means illegal copying of digital products. I have no idea
what this has to do with this political program.
