Stefan,
on the RBE site, click resources, you'll find plenty of existing RBE's, like
couchsurfing, etc ...
these are postmonetary forms of sharing and exchanging, that are in no way
pre-capitalist romanticism, but rather very contemporary expressions ...
so the real question is not that they do not exist (like with open money
there seems a tendency here to wish away phenomeman that are not liked), but
rather the real question would be:
1) how can they be expanded to form a core part of a new pluralist,
peer-informed economy.
Since they deal with material exchange, these seed trends are of interest,
Michel
RBE is a form of exchange, that does not require any money, and it's
not capitalism
And it does not exist. RBE seems to be retro dream of a pre-capitalist
era playing with high tech tools. RBE says nothing about how to organize
societal mediation.
Every market today can only be a capitalist one, despite romantic wishes
of re-introducing a non-capitalist ancient market.
Ciao,
Stefan
